Harlo Unkle is an online lead-routing and referral platform. We connect home service enquiries (e.g. plumbing, handyman, aircon servicing, electrical work, door repair, wall mounting) with independent, third-party service providers operating in Singapore.

We do not provide home services ourselves. We are not a contractor, employer, agent, or partner of any service provider listed or contacted through the Website. We act as an intermediary — your enquiry is passed to a provider who may be available to assist.

2. No Warranty on Service Providers

We do not vet, license, certify, inspect, employ, or supervise the service providers we refer. We present providers based on their availability to handle enquiries — this is not an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or assurance of fitness for any particular purpose.

Any dispute between you and a service provider — including but not limited to pricing, quality of work, delay, property damage, or personal injury — is solely between you and that provider. Harlo Unkle is not a party to any such dispute.

3. Pricing & Estimates

Any pricing or cost estimates shown on the Website are indicative only and may vary based on the scope, complexity, and specifics of your job. Final pricing is determined exclusively by the service provider. We do not set, control, or guarantee any third-party pricing.

4. Website Disclaimers ("As Is")

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

Any work arrangement or service contract is exclusively between you and the service provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party provider.

• misrepresent your identity, location, or requirements;
• harass, threaten, or abuse any person (including service providers);
• use the Website for any unlawful or illegal purpose under Singapore law;
